Friendship UMC's Food Pantry has been a community resource for nearly three decades.
We serve those in need AND those who want to know the blessing of serving others as we distribute 3-6,000 pounds of food each month
- We are Open once each month-Check out the Calendar below.
- We partner with the Montgomery Co. Food Bank
- Hundreds of family are served with canned frozen and fresh products.
- Our families may be on fixed incomes, single parents, lower income homes or just having a hard time at the moment.
Distribution Calendar!
Normally the first Friday each month
Friday Distribution 10:00AM-1:00PM
Saturday Distribution 10:00 AM-1:00PM
- Volunteers are needed to help with food delivery the Thursday before each food pantry weekend.
- Holiday baskets will go out in November

VOLUNTEERS ARE OUR LIFELINE!
- You can make a difference in the life of a family with your gift of time. You DO NOT have to be a Friendship UMC member to be on our volunteer team
- Volunteers may help with the truck on Thursdays , distribute food on a Friday, Saturday.
- Our team will load, unload, transport, unpack, sort and repack food for our clients.
- Your service is real work and you will meet new friends, help people and be a part of something LARGE!
- The VOLUNTEERS eat together 12-1:00 Saturday

- Community Service hours from school or other agencies may be fulfilled here! Ask for details
- You must be 18 or older to serve EXCEPT-SCHOOL GROUPS AND FAMILY GROUPS MAY INCLUDE YOUNGER VOLUNTEERS.
